In this episode, I will talk about the need for each of us to take a long, hard look in the mirror. Most people who have weight problems do not like looking at themselves in the mirror or they only look at themselves from the neck up just to make sure they look okay.

 

They always hate what they see and have so much self-loathing, shame and guilt, so they avoid mirrors and even pictures. When you look at yourself in the mirror, do you like what you see? If not, then you need to do something about it and, most importantly, commit to it.
